data, where the people are.

Cloud-native geospatial makes global climate data work for local decisions. We build it open, in public, with the cities that need it most.

01 · what · who · why

A practice, not a platform.

We work alongside city teams to translate global open data into local decisions. The output is an analysis, a plan, and code anyone can rerun — not a subscription.

01
what we make

Open climate analyses cities can act on.

Heat, flooding, biodiversity, urban growth — assessments produced with municipalities, not for them. Code, data, and methodology open by default.

02
who it's for

Municipal staff who plan for the next storm.

Sustainability leads, planners, GIS analysts in cities with urgent risk and modest budgets — and the local NGOs who work alongside them.

03
why now

Tools matured. Costs collapsed.

Cloud-native geospatial means a Pergamino-sized city can run analyses that used to require a national agency. We translate that reality into local practice.

02 · pilots

Where we've worked.

Six cities so far. Each one a year-long engagement: listen, build, hand it over open.

03 · method

How it works.

Four phases, one year. We embed with city teams, build open tools, and leave capacity behind.

01

Listen

Two months on the ground. We map stakeholders, walk the neighborhoods, and understand what decisions the data needs to support.

02

Build

Four months co-creating. Jupyter notebooks, cloud pipelines, dashboards — all open source, all versioned, all reproducible.

03

Test

Two months piloting. Real users, real feedback, real iteration. We fix what breaks.

04

Hand over

Four months training. Local staff run the stack. We stay on call but step back.

04 · initiatives

Beyond pilots.

Longer-term programs that scale insights across regions and themes.

05 · collaborators

Who we work with.

We partner with cities, research institutions, and NGOs committed to open climate action.

We'd love to hear from you.
